The Package A 12-month team coaching plan that includes: - A team workshop to create your plan - A team Working Genius assessment and readback (up to 8 people) - Monthly full team check-in / review / team coaching - Monthly check-in call with the team leader - Optional monthly 1-hour coaching calls with team members (additional charges apply) - Adhoc laser calls and messaging between sessions - Access to The Curve® software platform, for tracking goals, actions, progress, and proving ROI - A wrap-up session to review progress, prove value, and plan any further development Session Frequency - 1 initial full-day workshop - 12 monthly 1-hour leader sessions - 12 monthly 4-hour team sessions Investment - £1750 for 12-months access to The Curve® - £3000 for the initial workshop and Working Genius - £1750 per month for 12 months - Total £25750 - Prices exclude UK VAT
